CHC200-S4
The CHC200 is capable of producing up to 200 lenses per hour when fully loaded meeting the demands of any busy coating lab.
Combining the latest coating control technology, the CHC200 has two fully automated, two-axis robotic handling systems to quickly process lenses between stages providing increased flexibility, and Class 100 HEPA filtration and extraction, produces a contamination free coating zone.
CHC150-S4 XL
The CHC150-S4 XL model is capable of producing in excess of 150 lenses per hour when fully loaded, combining the latest coating control technology.
Combining Class 100 HEPA filtration and extraction with remote access support functions, and four coating tanks the CHC150-S4 XL provides class leading performance from a compact footprint.
CHC60-S4-SR
The CHC60-S4-SR is one of our most requested systems, benefiting from four coating tanks. Seen in many optical coating labs around the world, the CHC60 is capable of producing up to 60 lenses per hour when fully loaded, using the latest coating control technology.
Combining Class 100 HEPA filtration and extraction with remote access support functions, the CHC 60 is an ideal system for small to medium labs.
CHC-1000
The Optimal CHC 1000 is the flagship unit for large scale Cleaning and Hard Coating Ophthalmic lenses.
When fully loaded, the CHC 1000 is capable of producing between 1000-1200 lenses per hour. The system comprises a comprehensive pre-cleaning and surface preparation process, followed by thermally cured dip coating system of either primer and hard coat, or a two hard coat system set-up. The frame is fabricated from stainless steel box section and all pipework has optional stainless steel, Tri-clover fittings.
The CHC 1000 has ultrasonic cleaning stages and rinsing. All stages are fitted with filtration and configured with surface over-flow to remove surface debris, all wet stages are heated and fitted with automatic level control and environmental monitoring. The coating lacquer tanks are suitable for primer and hard coating, with auto drain valves accessed from the HMI touch screen. Our remote access allows us to support you at any location in the world. The optional built-in production camera system gives you full visibility of live machine performance and contributes towards better OEE.
