Optimal’s team of design engineers utilise 3D software to research and design all of our systems, ensuring the effective functionality of our machines before they are built.
Our engineers benefit from a `hands-on` approach, seeing projects through to the end, understanding the machining of components, tooling requirements, structural framework, accurate jigs, fixtures, and conveyor systems. Designing sheet metal parts, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, pick-and-place assemblies and automation solutions.
