Optimal Technologies was established in 1997 and specialised in the design and production of innovative cleaning system for precision optics and ophthalmic applications. The founders of the company already had more than 20 years experience and therefore the company was built on solid foundations.
After only one year, Optimal produced its first dip hard coating machine for organic lenses, adding to its ultrasonic cleaning range and has rapidly grown to become a market leader in the industry. In parallel, optimal used the innovative technology to produce sophisticated cleaning system for precision engineering and the medical industry. The company is now the preferred and approved supplier to top names in the industry and already has over 500 machines installed worldwide.
In 1998 Optimal partnered Novatec s.r.l, an innovative and well established Italian company producing world class robust surface finishing systems. A new facility was purpose built in 2006 to house our joint manufacturing facility for bespoke mass production systems. The partnership has been a great success and has enabled us to design and manufacture the finest cleaning and hard coating systems available today.
